If you don’t find what you need, send the social casino a ticket by tapping the “Send a ticket” button at the bottom of the FAQ page. But some players might find filling the ticket to be too much work. In that case, share your queries with the casino via support@fortunecoins.com. The casino takes up to 24 hours to reply. Sadly, I did not find live chat or phone support, but this is a small setback for a sweeps casino still relatively new.
